i was listening and singing along with Il Divo songs and suddenly " ding dong". " nobody comes to my hse in the evening. who's that?" then i saw the tall cw at my gate and i was like " what are you doing here?" she asked " why you don't want to follow us to old town?" i kept saying i wanna be a kuai kia at home but after much persuasion i raised the white flag..i followed them yet again. just can resist the persuasion. met up with quin and chilli and jan's disted friend. it was fun sitting down , talking nonsense.
actually the title doesn't suit the content of this post . just to exaggerate. thanks jan for driving us to new world park! muaxx...
came home, bathed and broke my specs..haha
i'm waiting time yet again. homework piling up and I'm still thinking of going out, shopping, hang out, bowling..just can't stop procrastinating

im not a banana
some typical Chinese educated people stereotypes people who doesn't speak mandarin..of course, this does not refer to my inti friends cos' they're totally the opposite..I'm saying some other groups of people i know..once i went out for lunch with my aunt and her colleagues..one of them(let's call her A), asked me " hao he mah?"(is the drink nice or not).. then i was like nodding my head cos' i suddenly couldn't find the right words to answer her. and straight away A asked me "ni hui jiang hua yu?" and my aunt said " she's English-educated". after listening to my aunt's reply, A was like " ahyo cham lo". the next question she asked was "ni hui xie ni de ming zi mah?"..i was like " dang rang hui la". i don't speak much because my pronunciations are not very good. i admit i do mix up hokkien and mandarin at times but even if i don't speak in mandarin, it doesn't mean i dunno.. i only speak in front of people i feel comfortable speaking with.
so here's some sentences to prove I'm not a banana!!
1) wo bu shi xiang jiao"banana"
2) wo bu jiang hua yu bu dai biao wo bu hui jiang hai shi bu hui ting
3) wo zi shi bu tai hui xie
4) wo fei chang xi huan ting cai ming yo he wang lee hong de ge

hey ppl! this will just be a post. fyi, my blog would go into hibernation for some time, due to the upcoming trials and some other stuff.
so, my friends and I went for Harry potter movie yesterday but it was rather disappointing. it's like i have seen some scenes in the movie before, especially the part where dumbledore and harry went into some cave to find the Horcrux. the quidditch game was funny though with Ron's funny behaviour. But soon after coming back from the movie, i read a movie review saying that Half Blood Prince is just an opening act to Deathly Hallows.
actually i was supposed to be back home right after the movie but i went to lepak at coffee bean till 8pm with mone, jan, ht and hw. thanks alot mone for being our driver! =)
Shoot, i have another 4 chapters of MS to study..think i can't finish already

Xiao Jiu Wo
I love this song! i have been searching for it for so long and found it at last! thanks to Jia Wen, she has lotza songs in her hp! i just found out that 'xiao jiu wo' actually means little dimple but I'm not really sure what's the connection of the dimple with the song cos 'wo bu tai ming bai' the lyrics. hehe! nice song though especially when they parts when they sing together in different harmony. food for thought
hey people! yup, I've just finished my last paper for 2nd assessment.. I'm writing about BN ( Barisan Nasional) due to the sudden realisation after doing the time-wasting Malaysian studies assignment..
so, do you think having BN is an effective measure for our country towards national integration?
You see, our Msian studies textbook claims that " the formation of BN is the most meaningful and practical because it joins together various political parties even though each is a communal party". contradicting itself in that paragraph, it is actually talking about communal politics being one of the obstacles to integration. yes, BN may be an excellent step to achieve unity among Malaysians in the early independence but what about now? Now, even after more than 50 years of independence, communal politics are still being practised in BN, be it UMNO for the Malays, MCA for the Chinese or MIC for the Indians. the three main communities are still three separate entities kononnya under the same BN roof niala. Plus, when it comes to fighting for people's rights, the people will only stand up for their own race. eg: when there's an article on the appeal of JPA scholarships in the newpapers, do you see race A helping race B and vice versa? Tak Ada.
If they really want to achieve national integration, they should change the structure of this party and abolish all the sub-parties that lead to communal politics. take the parties with less communal politics as example (i think you guys can make a wise guess?)
Actually i have more to argue on but i scared later kena jailed. please tell me if you think the chances of me being behind the bars are high. i will immediately delete this post
