the 'sui' day

guess what? i got myself into a car accident today while driving to school..here the story goes.....
i left my hse at 7.25am with kp at the front passenger seat and ange behind her. the journey smooth until we reached yeap chor ee road(on the way up the bukit) pressing the accelerator on the way up the bukit, i suddenly saw the car in front, an innova, stop abruptly(according to kp, he stopped suddenly because he wanted to change to the left lane without putting signal)seeing the brake lights, i stepped the brake down constantly as i thought I'm still quite far from him but as y car kept going to the front, i decided to press the brake down with full force already. i managed to stop the car but the car behind me, a Chevrolet aveo couldn't stop in time and PANG!(it was loud) terus bang into the back of my car. smoke started coming out of his(saw the smoke from my centre mirror) i was like OMG, what am i supposed to do?! with my hands all trembling, reached out for my handphone and tried to call my father..at first, i was so nervous that i called his office number(he was not even there yet because it was early) then i called my house and he picked up the phone..i tried to sound calm but u know lah, how to be calm in such situation..while waiting for his arrival, the Chevrolet driver came to talk to me' "sorry, sorry..i couldn't brake in time," he said. "let's settle it ourselves and claim from insurance," he added. i was so scared to talk to him then i said "uncle, can wait for my father to come ar?" he said he would wait..then while i was talking to the uncle, the innova driver has driven his car to the side and was waving to me, asking me to go there..as i was talking to the Chevrolet uncle, i didn't care about him cos' i thought that he would wait but mana tau he drove off after a while...damn him! later, the uncle and i drove to the side..he knocked his mouth onto the steering and bled a little ..his wife's fingernail broke and bled too..luckily their little boy was sleeping without the seatbelt and did not face any injuries..thank god! if the little boy was awake and sitting in the centre, he would be thrown out of the car..then, my friend, li yun, recognised my car at once and together with her two guy friends, stopped to accompany us..her friend, xiang yih asked me'" your car no airbag meh?" wah, if the airbag were to be released, this shows that it would have been a very major accident.. after a while, my father came and he settled the whole thing for me..kp, ange and i followed li yun to inti..how nice of them to wait for us..thanks alot xiang yih!

thinking of what happen while ah yeap was teaching, i couldn't even concentrate and don't know a single thing he was saying. but one thing for sure, i was not sleepy for the whole day in my classes..i was thinking of what my father would say to me later..i should have prepared myself for his lecture. on the way from inti, he was trying to explain to me what happened..he kept saying, "next time when you drive, you must always be aware of the cars beside you" in a kinda high tone..then i started crying quietly because i thought it was all mistake..but he wasn't blaming me, he said that it may be the innova driver's fault but we are the ones who kena tanggung rugi besar...now i kinda blur whose mistake is it? the Chevrolet driver is definitely at fault but was i at fault too? my front was dented badly but i couldn't remember that i bang into the innova..by the way, the innova did not face serious problems as innova is a very high car..

kp and ange had headaches after that cos' of the impact..i was not affected physically at all, probably it's because i was aware of what was happening.. MALANG MEMANG TIDAK BERBAU! i think my relatives are going to ask e what happen in the next few days and i would have to repeat the story over and over again..maybe i should just say NO COMMENT.. haihz..later sure got 'discussion' about this matter with my parents again..ergh, i hope i won't cry..my dad lodged a police report but i wasn't sure it was under whose name..I'm not dare to ask him..if it's under my name, then my driving license would be suspended because according to the nonsensical law, P drivers cannot afford to get into a single accident! CRAP!

my mum took some pics of my badly hit car..i'll try to upload it next time..my car will have to be in the mechanics hospital for 2 weeks or more..haih..my dad sure won't trust me fully in driving d...

feeling down

i been downloading some of my favourite songs from limewire and i realised most of them are sad songs. they are all very nice though..but as i am already feeling a bit down(because 2nd semester starting soon and some other things), listening to all these songs made me feel even down.. I've been listening to just these 6 songs over and over again for unknown reasons. april 28th

10.35am: Eleanor n Ange reached my house, went to McD(to grab some 'edible food for Patsy, Simone, Hui Ting, Charmaine) and fetched Janice.

11.15am: arrived at disted. the four of us stood in front of the admin office because we got intimidated by the students there. Each of us was holding a packet of McD which made us look like McD delivery girl. "they will sure stare at us wan if we walk in like that, people just love to stare at visitors," Mich said. " i will stare at them also if they come to my school," Janice said. "Call Hui ting," Elle said. Hui ting and Charmaine came to find us and took us to the cafeteria.

~lost track of time~

chatting, chatting, chatting.. suddenly i turned towards the direction of the bio lab and saw a tall guy wearing a black tee..still looking at him and found out that it was HIM...haha! then saw Mone sitting near him..so confirmed it's HIM. kena teased by Janice, "wah cannot see hui ting in the cafeteria but can see him from so far"

12noon: breaktime, saw him walking towards the cafeteria and he smiled and waved to me. To be polite, i smiled and waved back. suddenly, i saw another guy i met during my driving practices. actually he's the first guy i actually initiated a talk with. before coming to disted, i was hoping that i could see him again. so 'chun' saw him but he didn't see me. sad case. i bet he can't even remember who i am. chat continues

~lost track of time again~

visited the library. disted has a much bigger library compared to inti but it was rather confusing for me. sat down and started browsing through high school yearbooks(the 'thing' that most of us do BEST) later went up to their graffiti area(very CREATIVE! of disted) and most of us wrote something on it.

i painted me name on the board and this Janice 'kae gau' painted a JO (her initial) after that(ada maksud tersirat punya =)

1.40pm: straight went to Gurney Plaza from disted.

2.10pm: damn hungry d but all of us don't know what to eat..ended up eating at manhattan fish market. ordered the seafood platter for two. me and jan sumore afraid it's not enough to be shared by four of us cos' both of us can eat alot wan. but mana tau we are already quite full even before we finished. then we started blaming ange n Eleanor for eating so little..sorry ppl..

3.40pm: went to GSC to buy movie tickets. learnt the correct way to pronounce sniper!=)

5.20pm: went into cinema to watch Paul Blart: Mall Cop. FUNNY.

6.35pm: had the first taste of penang's Gelatissimo ice-cream..only the chocolate truffle is nice. strawberry sucks..

7.10pm: out from GP. while waiting at a junction, a motorcyclist was staring at us..we were laughing madly in the car so i guessed the person thought we were talking about him. indeed we were. muahaha! luckily he didn't get annoyed or smashed our window panes.

8.00pm: reached home after being out from house for 9 HOURS! bathed and went out again to have dinner.tired.. but i really enjoyed myself! this outing was full of laughter!

p.s. i just realised there are lotza starers in penang! be it the geraldine's stare, kam mou's, strangers' or the just-because-i-love-to-stare stares

hey, so I've just finished my mid-yr examinations yesterday and I've been onlining non-stop since yesterday... FYI, i slept at 2.45am yesterday msn-ing though I'm actually supposed to sleep cos' i woke up at 6.00am on that last day of exams..i indulged myself with msn-ing, something that i used to do in the past but yesterday was the first time this year since college..and guess what? i woke up at 11.40am today! created 2 records of the year!.hehe..
so after waking up and had my brunch, i onlined again.. and went to youtube to catch some videos of my fav comedian KEVJUMBA!


i found his website sometime in Form 5 when Jacin introduced me to her fav comedian, RyanHiga..then while i was browsing through RyanHiga's, i suddenly clicked on KEVJUMBA's link and that was when i started to watch his videos..most of his videos are funny, some about himself, his college life and some of his topic of interest..one thing that's interesting is he makes videos concerning ASIANS every now and then..there are actually facts behind his videos..

SPM High Achievers Award Ceremony

at first, i wasn't really keen on attending this ceremony because:
a) i have moral studies class and it's the last lesson d
b) i have business replacement class
c) i do not have the really formal attire for this ceremony

but after thinking over, i feel that i should go since it was a once in a lifetime chance to receive an award from the penang government..so on Thursday night, i went to shop for the attire with my mum..and we ended up trying the office wears from padini for about 2hours!

the ceremony was held on sat 4/4/2009 at geodesic dome in komtar...this was the first time i step into komtar after so many years..it was really old and kinda creepy...when we went into the dome, we were a bit disappointed as the place was not as grand as we thought i t would be..we were all informed that the ceremony would start at 9.45am and end at 12 noon. but the emcee announced that Mr CM Lim Guan Eng would only come at 12 noon..wth?! instead of sitting at the dome, we went for walk exploring pacific komtar since most of us have not been there before..

we we returned to our table, there was this girl who kept staring at me(not that Geraldine's or kam mou's type of stare but one which was full of queries) and murmuring my name..so i asked her whether does she knows me and she asked me "are u Simone's friend? michelle eu?" then only i found out that she was actually from disted and i went to her table to talk to her..according to her, Simone always mention about me to her..i was so happy after knowing this. it was probably because i hardly see her nowadays and knowing that really put me to high spirits! we had a chit chat and she seemed to be a nice girl..glad Simone has her in disted...

the ceremony ended at bout 1.45pm..we got a certificate with our names printed already and rm 200. pretty good rite? oh and the lunch was edible too..love the satay sauce cucumber! hehe

p.s. my leg hurts now after wearing pointed shoes for half a day...but it's worthwhile=) will uplaod the pictues of me and other another time!

my 18th birthday

well...this is a super late post which i was supposed to write much earlier..

This year , i had bday party with friends and family, which was the second big one ever since the first one i had in Standard 4.. i invited me friends a day before the party cos' it was actually a last-minute plan..i didn't want to have it earlier on because i was afraid that my best friend would not come due to her spm results.. Luckily, after sms-ing her, she actually agreed to come..

i was like " Yeah! i can have a bday party d!" so i invited all my close friends and most of them managed to come..

the whole party was kinda nice with all the chit-chatting and the Truth or Dare game..had a great time 'digging' secret of you-know-wat from all of them..hehe..all my nieces and nephews were inside my room with us when we talked about boys.. we were like polluting their innocent little minds...i even asked my 7-yr old niece ," do u have a boyfriend?" and she actually answered me "nola but got a boy want to kiss me!'..LOL..

everyone love my birthday cake..and it's not ice-cream cake..it's actually chocolate indulgence from secret recipe =)..and my cousin sister in-law made me a box of creatively-decorated cute tiny cupcakes with me name on it..she's owns an online cupcakes shop..

SPM: results are finally OUT!!

*relieved*..finally it's over...



while everyone was so anxious to get their results on march 12, i slept like a pig untill 10.05am when i was actually supposed to be in school already. REASON: I kept my self busy the whole afternoon till night on march 11 so that i would be tired enough to dose off plus i slept at 1.30am! so i do not have insomnia or whatsoever.

when i was walking to school, i called angelin and she told me that all of us in 5 arif got all a's! i was like ' oh, ok' but i was not hoping for 10a1's..then when i reached school, janice was smiling to me..then when i went into the classroom to get my results, pn cheah was finding for my results slip and suddenly she gave me a hug...ok i got 10a's! but pn cheah seemed to be more excited than i was. haha! thanks alot to those who congratulated me!

now SPM is now a history, hsc is now what i have to focus on...all the best to those who are applying for scholarships and to those who have just started college....
